FLEXSTEEL WARRANTY

Factory warranties are included at NO CHARGE on all upholstered items sold by SOFA GALLERY. These warranties differ somewhat among the various manufacturing companies. Specific warranty terms are listed on each piece of upholstered furniture.

Factory warranties are included at NO CHARGE for our FLEXSTEEL (America's Recliner Specialist) products. Generally with our FLEXSTEEL products, the warranty is for Lifetime Limited Warranty on seat springs, luxury cushions(LC), feather comfort cushion(PC), recliner mechanism and frame. Sofa Sleeper warranty on mechanisms is for Five Year Limited Warranty. Upholstery fabrics, leather, metal mechanical parts not covered by other warranties, and, where supplied the deluxe foam (DF) cushion, to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one year.

THE VERBIAGE ABOVE IS GENERAL INFORMATION AND NOT TO BE CONSIDERED SPECIFIC WARRANTY. ALL WARRANTIES ARE BY INDIVIDUAL MANUFACTURER. ACTUAL WARRANTIES ARE LISTED ON EACH PIECE OF UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE.

SOFA GALLERY is not a manufacturer. SOFA GALLERY will act as an intermediary for all warranty claims by the customer and the specific manufacturer. SOFA GALLERY does not manufacturer or provide warranty for any products. Warranty rests solely with the specific manufacturer.

An option for the consumer is the Fabric Furniture Warranty Program. This option is offered through companies chosen by Sofa Gallery. Generally this type of stain protection will be available for fabric and leather. In some instances this warranty may include rips, tears, punctures, stains and burns. Specific warranty language is available at Sofa Gallery and there is a small fee for this optional coverage which is usually nationwide in scope.
